Are you a Registered Behavior Technician or Behavior Technician looking for a part-time school-based position? We are seeking a part-time RBT/Behavior Technician to support students at an elementary school in the Boulder, CO area.

Job Details:

• Part-time school-based RBT/Behavior Technician position
• Dates: August 10, 2026-May 21, 2027
• 0.5 position
• Monday-Friday schedule
• Elementary school setting
• Daily schedule/time is to be determined
• Experience working with students with mild to moderate behavioral needs is preferred
• Age group: Elementary
• Pay Rate: $28-$38 per hour

Qualifications:

• RBT certification preferred
• Previous school-based experience preferred
• Experience supporting students with behavioral needs
• Ability to follow behavior intervention plans and support student success
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Role Overview:

As a school-based RBT/Behavior Technician, you will support students by implementing behavior strategies, assisting with classroom routines, and helping students build positive academic, social, and behavioral skills. This is a great part-time opportunity for someone who enjoys working with elementary-aged students in a school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct behavioral support to students in the school setting
• Assist with implementation of behavior intervention plans
• Support students with mild to moderate behavioral needs
• Collect and document behavioral data as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and related service providers
• Help create a positive, structured, and supportive learning environment
