Position Overview

The RN Supervisor will support daily clinical operations, provide leadership to nursing teams, and collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to maintain compliance, efficiency, and optimal resident outcomes.

• Supervise and coordinate nursing staff and patient care activities during assigned shifts
• Ensure care delivery aligns with resident care plans and facility policies
• Assist in developing, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with regulations and standards
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate clinical changes to physicians
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
• Conduct routine patient rounds and address resident/family concerns professionally
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation of nursing activities

Required Qualifications

Education:

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program
• BSN preferred; Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration is a plus

Licensure & Certifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License – Required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification – Required
• COVID-19 Vaccination – Required

Experience:

• 0–2 years of RN experience preferred
• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care – Strongly preferred
