Minimum Requirements- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
- Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA, or current state equivalent.
- Active Tennessee state license or ability to obtain state licensure prior to start.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility (136-bed; short-term, long-term, and outpatient care).
- Shift: Days.
- New graduates okay if SNF clinical experience is documented.
- Point-of-service electronic documentation will be used; clinicians should be prepared to use the facility’s documentation system.
