Job Description- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for construction projects.
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to determine project requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to gather necessary information.
- Assist in preparing and submitting project bids to clients.
- Maintain and update cost databases and historical cost data for future reference.
- Support the team in identifying potential cost-saving opportunities and value engineering solutions.
- Participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits as needed.
- Ensure estimates align with the company's standards and client expectations.

A successful Construction Junior Estimator should have:
- Related bachelor's degree-accounting, finance, construction management, engineering
- A strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and processes.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical documents.
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
- Proficiency with estimating software and tools.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
