Responsibilities * Lead program planning, execution, schedule, and cost control across program lifecycle.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Responsibilities * Lead program planning, execution, schedule, and cost control across program lifecycle.
- Manage cross-functional teams and subcontractors; ensure contract and technical performance.
- Develop risk management plans, mitigation strategies, and status reporting to leadership.
- Engage with DoD/SOF stakeholders and coordinate with USSOCOM leadership as required.
- Ensure compliance with DoD acquisition/regulatory requirements and security protocols.
- Mentor program staff and drive continuous process improvement.
- Experience: Minimum 16 years in program management
- Bachelor's Degree
- DoD/SOF Experience: Minimum 10 years working with DoD/SOF (operational/programmatic)
- Education/Certs: Bachelor's degree required; PMP certification preferred
- Skills: Program planning & control, earned value management familiarity, stakeholder engagement, contract management, strong briefing/written communication skills
- Other: Previous USSOCOM experience preferredDesired / Preferred * Master's Degree or PhD
- Active PMP certification
- Prior experience managing classified programs and cleared personnel
- Familiarity with DoD acquisition lifecycle, logistics, and budget processes
- Experience with coalition/partner engagement or interagency coordination
