Responsibilities:
Under the direction and supervision of Director of Physician Practice Management, this management position serves as a liaison between Northside Hospital physician practices and the Northside Hospital, assuring compliance of Northside policies and procedures, and maintaining a productive, financially secure work environment.Responsible for multiple assigned providers and their office staff at multiple locations.
Qualifications:
REQUIRED:- Bachelor of Science in Business Administration or a healthcare related field required OR Associates Degree and 4 years of related healthcare experience.
- Two years of previous practice management experience
- Ability to develop, organize and implement various programs.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Evidence of an ability to work well with others, a team player.
- Evidence of teaching skills.
- MHA or MBA preferred.
