MAJOR DUTIES:- Responsible for recruiting for a variety of positions at all grade levels in the FBI and perform a full range of duties pertaining to the Bureau's overall applicant program(s) such as screening applications for completeness, testing, interviewing, and hiring.
- Participates in recruitment activities such as university career fairs and/or recruiting conferences.
- Provides advice and guidance to walk-in and telephone callers concerning interests in career opportunities with the FBI.
- Advises employees about various HR matters, including career opportunities, applications, employee benefits, pay, retirement, insurance, etc.
- Generates work for field office personnel and Background Investigations and Contract Services (BICS) personnel.
- Processes, verifies, and maintains personnel related documentation, including staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, personnel actions, classifications, and employees' leave of absence.
- Provides support with HR applicant processing such as conducting interviews, submitting applicant paperwork, processing background check intake information, conducting drug tests, etc.
