Job Description- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for hospitality construction projects, including hotels, resorts, casinos, restaurants, and mixed-use developments
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and bid documents to develop complete scopes of work
- Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and pricing using estimating software and historical hospitality project data
- Solicit, review, and level subcontractor and supplier bids to ensure complete and competitive pricing
- Identify risks, constructability issues, and value engineering opportunities specific to hospitality builds
- Collaborate closely with project managers, owners, developers, architects, and engineers throughout preconstruction
- Maintain and refine cost databases, unit pricing, and hospitality-specific benchmarking data
- Support bid strategy, proposal preparation, and client presentations
- Ensure all estimates are accurate, timely, and aligned with company standards and project goals

The Successful Applicant- 10+ years of construction estimating experience, ideally within hospitality environments
- Proven track record delivering accurate, competitive estimates for complex hospitality projects (hotels, resorts, casinos, restaurants)
- Strong understanding of all estimating phases from conceptual through final bid
- Experienced in budgeting, forecasting, value engineering, and subcontractor bid leveling
- Proficient with tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, Revit, and advanced Excel-based estimating systems
- Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate across owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Proven ability to build trust quickly and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Stable employment history with reputable general contractors or construction management firms
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple bids under tight deadlines
- Local to Las Vegas or willing to relocate to the market
