In this role, you will oversee strategic transformation initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams including services, process owners, regional operations, and solution managers from project inception through successful delivery.
Define program scope, deliverables, timelines, roles and responsibilities, and budgets in partnership with stakeholders.
Facilitate structured decision-making and resolve conflicts through Key Business Decisions (KBDs) and Key Design Decisions (KDDs). Qualifications
5+ years of professional experience as a Program Manager.
Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and tiger teams.
Competitive salary: $120,000 – $140,000 annually.
