Responsibilities- Provide a high level of customer service in a professional financial environment
- Assist the team with package delivery and processing outgoing USPS and FedEx mail as part of mailroom operations
- Promptly review and respond to management and client requests via email, phone calls, text messages, and verbal communication
- Maintain service activity reports and contribute to the Site Procedure Guide
