We are looking for a hands-on, detailed-oriented Field Operations & Logistics Specialist to support our Parsippany office and Field Operations team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping operations running smoothly.

What you will do:

• Manage daily shipping & logistics (FedEx, USPS, incoming/outgoing packages)
• Track and process product returns, inventory and field equipment
• Support trade shows, medical education and special events (planning, shipping, setup, returns)
• Assist with product complaints & documentation tracking
• Keep the office running smoothly (supplies, vendors, facilities)

What we are looking for:

• 2-4 years of logistics, operations, inventory control or admin support
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience in healthcare or medical device is a plus
