• Offers an experienced and compassionate team that provides integrated primary and specialty care to patients that encompasses all the stages of their lives
• Services include children and teen health, adult medicine, senior care, OB/GYN women's health, dental, behavioral health, specialty care, pharmacy services and WIC (Women & Infant Care).

Benefits and Features:

• $110,000 - $135,000 / year, based on experience

The Role:

• Full time, 4/10s, No nights, no weekends
• Nurse Practitioner will be working in a primary care setting with a supportive and collaborative team of providers
• NP will see all ages or just adults

Background Desired:

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
• 1+ year of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner
