📍 Goldendale, Washington

We’re hiring an experienced Occupational Therapist for a 13-week contract in beautiful Goldendale, WA! This is a fantastic opportunity for therapist who enjoy care coordination and making a direct impact on patient outcomes.

🩺 Assignment Details:

Duration: 13 weeks
Schedule: Monday- Friday both Inpatient and Outpatient
Hours: 40 hours/week
Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP

✅ Requirements:

Active Washington OT license (or compact eligibility)
Previous OT experience required
Strong discharge planning and care coordination skills
BLS required
Excellent communication and organizational skills

Evaluating patient needs, creating personalized treatment plans, conducting therapeutic exercises, adapting environments, and recommending specialized equipment to improve independence.
