responsibilities:
- Understands healthcare workflows (lab, ADT, scheduling, registries, etc.)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (can explain issues clearly to non technical stakeholders)
- Experience working in HIPAA regulated healthcare IT environments
- Experience supporting 24x7 production/on call environments
