Hybrid Technical Project Manager / Agile Delivery Lead

Work Setup: Hybrid

• Lead and manage complex Agile technology initiatives from planning through execution.
• Facilitate PI Planning events across distributed analytics and platform teams, aligning objectives, dependencies, and capacity planning.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business and product goals.
• Partner with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs, define PI Objectives, and sequence product roadmaps.
• Create and manage Epics, Features, and User Stories, including defining Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD).
• Develop business rules, process mapping, and data flows in collaboration with product owners and business stakeholders.
• Coordinate project schedules and delivery milestones with cross-functional engineering teams.
• Oversee Agile delivery processes, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and test environments to support efficient software releases.
• Monitor progress, track RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and implement mitigation strategies.
• Define release scope and schedules to ensure consistent and timely value delivery.
• Communicate status updates, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure solutions meet quality standards, compliance requirements, and technical feasibility.

Agile Delivery Lead / Technical Project Manager Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, Agile Delivery, or similar leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe), SDLC, and DevOps best practices.
• Proven experience managing enterprise technology projects and Agile delivery teams.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Visio, MS Project, or similar project management tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or SAFe Agilist.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and production environment management.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business requirements.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced Agile environments.
