KP802 - Full-Time Live-Out Career Nanny - Upper West Side

Overview:

The family is looking for a warm, professional candidate with strong experience caring for toddlers and preschool-aged children, as well as a long-term mindset and a proactive, engaging approach to childcare. This is a returning client of BAHS and we placed the family's current nanny with them 3 years ago.

Responsibilities:

• Providing attentive, nurturing, developmentally focused care
• Planning age-appropriate activities and supporting developmental milestones
• Preparing meals and snacks for the children
• Managing the children’s laundry and maintaining organization of nursery, bedrooms, and play areas
• Assisting with bathing, dressing, and daily routines
• Supporting the older child’s schedule and activities as needed
• Ensuring a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment for both children

Qualifications:

• Extensive comparable experience caring for infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children
• Easygoing, proactive, and professional demeanor
• Excellent, verifiable references
• Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate engagement

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of recent professional infant/toddler nanny experience in a private household.
• Valid U.S. passport, Green Card, or EAC.
• Flexible, travel-ready, and willing to travel both domestically and internationally
• Up to date on Flu, RSV, Tdap, and MMR vaccinations.
• Infant and child CPR certification
• Non-smoker / smoke-free lifestyle

Salary and Benefits:

• $40 per hour for the first 40 hours worked weekly (guaranteed minimum annual compensation of $145,600)
• Overtime paid at $60 per hour thereafter
• Healthcare stipend provided + all other industry standard benefits
