Job Details- Position: Travel Registered Nurse RN – Long-Term Care LTC

- Shift: 12 Hour Nights 18:00 – 06:30

- Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1,450 – $1,530

- Active RN license Maine or compact state accepted
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience; LTC experience preferred for long-term care RN roles
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts for the duration of the contract
- Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills
- Current BLS certification from an accredited provider
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting as a bedside RN
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately, following facility protocols
- Monitor, assess, and document resident conditions, changes, and care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including LPNs, CNAs, therapists, and providers
- Provide compassionate resident and family education and support
- Adhere to facility policies, infection control procedures, and state regulatory standards
- Experience with electronic medical records EMR documentation is a plus
- Prior long-term care nursing or LTC RN experience preferred
- Strong time management and clinical judgment for night shift nursing
