Job Details- Location: Dallas, Oregon (97338) — Oregon MRI jobs / Dallas, OR imaging technologist position
- Setting: Hospital – Imaging Department (Magnetic Resonance Imaging)
- Assignment Type: Travel Contract – Travel MRI Technologist
- Duration: 13 weeks (April 27, 2026 – July 27, 2026)
- Shift: Days, 3 x 12-hour shifts per week (06:00 – 18:30)
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,750 – $1,880
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an MRI Technologist, MRI Tech, RT(R), RDMS, or CNMT preferred
- Registry with ARRT in MRI or certification through AMRIT (Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists)
- Licensed or eligible for temporary license with the Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI)
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association required within 90 days of hire
- Epic charting experience required — Epic documentation for imaging/radiology
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to maintain patient confidentiality
- Ability to float to affiliate hospitals within the health system as needed
- Operate state-of-the-art MRI equipment and supporting computer systems to produce high-quality diagnostic images
- Perform MRI scans accurately and safely according to physician orders and departmental protocols
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper screening for MRI compatibility
- Document imaging procedures, patient records, and findings using Epic charting systems
- Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver exceptional patient care
- Maintain equipment, adhere to quality assurance procedures, and follow infection control policies
