We're looking for a Technical Support Specialist who loves technology, enjoys helping people, and wants to grow beyond password resets and basic troubleshooting.

What You'll Do
Provide remote and onsite technical support for business clients
Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, and hardware issues
Respond to service requests and resolve technical problems efficiently
Document work performed and maintain accurate ticket notes
Assist with workstation deployments, upgrades, and migrations
Collaborate with senior engineers on projects and escalations
Deliver exceptional customer service while solving technical challenges

Requirements
Preferred Experience
Experience with some of the following is helpful:
- Windows 10/11
- Microsoft 365
- Active Directory / Entra ID
- Networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
- Endpoint management
- Ticketing systems
- Cybersecurity best practices
- Business IT environments
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or equivalent experience are a plus but not required.
