- Drive schedules, resolve field issues, and maintain jobsite organization

The Successful Applicant- Proven Superintendent experience on self‑perform construction projects
- Strong background managing craft labor and field crews
- Deep understanding of building means and methods
- Ability to run jobs independently with limited micromanagement

- Experience in commercial, industrial, or large‑scale construction preferred
