Account Executive-Insurance Licensing and Compliance
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, strong experience in software/SaaS sales, and a proven track record of closing new business and exceeding sales targets. Experience with insurance compliance and licensing is a plus.
This is direct hire onsite opportunity in Ft. Lauderdale, FL.
Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development:Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the insurance sector.Generate and qualify leads through email outreach, cold calling, networking, and follow-ups.Conduct product demonstrations, showcasing the value of the company; our licensing and compliance solution.Develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers at insurance agencies, carriers, and MGAs, and other insurance distribution models.Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and closing.Build and maintain a high-value pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound leads, referrals, and professional networking.Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and revenue targets.
Own the Full Sales Cycle:- Manage the entire sales process
- from prospecting and qualifying to presenting and closing new business opportunities with B2B brands, agencies, carriers, and MGAs.-New Business Development
- build and maintain a high-value sales pipeline through a mix of outbound cold outreach, inbound leads, and professional networking.-Deeply understand customer needs, challenges, and pain points; effectively communicate and demonstrate measurable ROI and value propositions of our licensing and compliance solutions.-Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.-Track sales metrics, pipeline activity, and conversion rates using CRM tools.-Consistently achieve or surpass sales quotas, revenue targets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).-Partner with marketing and customer success teams to align sales strategies, share client insights, and ensure a seamless handoff and exceptional customer experience.-Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and improve lead-generation efforts.-Manage and maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and opportunity tracking within HubSpot CRM.-Navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and executive-level decision-makers.
