Job Description
The Superintendent will be responsible for:
- Leading on site field operations for ground up projects from $2M to $20M
- Managing day to day trade coordination, scheduling, logistics and quality control
- Overseeing safety compliance, site planning and subcontractor performance
- Building strong working relationships with clients, architects and site partners
- Working closely with the Project Manager and Project Executive to ensure alignment on budget, schedule and project goals
- Maintaining detailed daily logs and documentation through Procore
- Representing the company professionally as the on site leader

The Successful Applicant
The right candidate has the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of Superintendent experience working on commercial construction
- Experience managing projects in the $2-20M range ideally
- Background in retail, restaurant or commercial work strongly preferred
- Ability to lead subcontractors with confidence and maintain a highly organized jobsite
- Strong communication skills with a collaborative, team oriented approach
- Steady tenure is very important as the company prioritizes long term hires
- Procore proficiency preferred or willingness to learn
- Must be commutable to project sites along the New Hampshire and southern Maine seacoast
