**Job Details:**- Provide surgical services in a faith-based healthcare environment
- Compile clinical documentation in a timely manner
- Work with electronic medical record systems
- Utilize strong clinical background and business acumen
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with adaptability when dealing with various people at different levels
- Lead quality initiatives in a group practice setting
- Apply knowledge and experience in practice leadership within a population health/medical home environment
- Must possess a Doctor of Medicine degree
- Require American Board certification in General Surgery
- Maintain active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Work schedule includes on-call and moonlighting as coordinated with CMO

**Compensation:**
