Caregiver – All Shifts Available

Sonnet Hill Senior Living, located in San Jose, CA is seeking a dedicated and passionate Caregiver to provide high-quality care to the residents in our community.

Caregiver "Care Partner"

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living in a manner that supports our person-centered care philosophy.
• Provides personal care services as outlined in the individual services plans such as assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, positioning, assist to meals, feeding, change bed linens, laundry, etc.
• Assist in daily requirements and tasks as requested.
• Ensure residents are provided privacy, respect, and dignity.
• Follows standard precautions and infection control procedures.
• Completes state required training upon hire and annually.

• Possess, at a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• CA Caregiver Registration (HCA)
• Senior Living experience required.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in the English language.
• State Criminal Background Check and LIC 508 Criminal Record Statement.
• LIC 503 Health Screening Report

• Full Time/Part Time
• AM & PM Shifts (Must be willing to work 1-weekend day)
