About Our Client

The client is a growth-oriented commercial real estate platform with a diversified portfolio across multiple asset classes. • Lead property-level and portfolio-wide leasing strategies across multiple commercial asset classes
• Own the leasing process end-to-end, from prospecting through lease execution
• Manage and oversee third-party leasing brokers and external marketing initiatives
• Structure, underwrite, and negotiate Letters of Intent and lease documentation
• Ensure leasing activity aligns with approved business plans, underwriting, and return targets
• Partner cross-functionally with asset management, legal, and property management teams
• Maintain real-time leasing forecasts, reporting, and performance metrics for leadership and investors

The Successful Applicant

For the Leasing Manager role, we are seeking:

• A valid real estate license
• 2-5 years of commercial real estate leasing or brokerage experience
• Exposure to retail, industrial, and office product types (multi-asset experience preferred)
• Strong negotiation, relationship management, and deal execution skills
• Experience with leasing and asset management systems such as Yardi or similar platforms
• A commercially minded, organized professional comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel occasionally as required
