You will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience by following recipes and cooking techniques, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and collaborating with other kitchen staff.

• Prepare a wide variety of high-quality dishes with attention to taste, presentation, and detail.
• Follow recipes and portion control standards to ensure consistency and minimize waste.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering to food safety regulations and sanitary practices.
• Assist in inventory management by checking stock levels and reporting shortages or discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to support seamless service during peak hours.
• Adapt to changes in menu, guest preferences, or dietary needs to create satisfying meals.
• Contribute to menu planning and development by bringing creative ideas and taking part in food tastings.

• Proven experience as a Cook or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to follow recipes and understand cooking measurements and ratios.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with team members and management.
• Food Safety Certification is a plus.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
