PRIDE Health is seeking a travel nurse RN Cardiac Cath Lab for a travel nursing job in Palos Heights, Illinois.
Job Description & Requirements- Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab

- Illinois RN license (must already be active)
- BLS + ACLS (AHA only)
- At least 1 year direct experience (realistically, cardiac experience preferred)
- Flu Vaccine (no exemptions)
- Role: RN – Critical Care / Cardiac / Cath Lab–type unit
- Schedule: 4×10-hour day shifts (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
- On-Call: Heavy (10–12 days every 4 weeks)
- Weekend Requirement: Yes
- Patient Types: Adults & geriatrics
- Census: ~7 patients
- Beds: 12
- Common Cases:
- STEMI (heart attacks)
- CAD (coronary artery disease)
- MI (myocardial infarction)
Procedures:
- Coronary angiography (diagnostic + interventional)
- Pacemaker implantation
Equipments:
- IABP (Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump)
- Impella devices
- Atherectomy systems
- Penumbra
Role: RN – Critical Care / Cardiac / Cath Lab–type unit
Schedule: 4×10-hour day shifts (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM)BLS + ACLS (AHA only)
