Customer Operations Specialist

You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of approximately 30 accounts, troubleshooting fulfillment issues, and maintaining high-level internal customer service

• Order Management: Manage the complete order-to-cash process, ensuring accurate data entry, pricing, and timely fulfillment.
• Data & Reporting: Utilize Power BI and Excel to track key performance metrics, such as order cycle times and fill rates.
• Cross-Functional Liaison: Partner with the supply chain and warehouse teams to provide realistic shipping updates and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Process Optimization: Identify ways to streamline the sales-to-delivery pipeline and maintain clear documentation for all support workflows.
