Job Description

Oversee large-scale industrial projects (up to $100M)
Lead project teams and ensure successful delivery
Drive business development and client relationships
Provide strategic leadership across multiple projects

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Executive should have:

10+ years' experience (PX level or Senior PM ready to step up)
Light industrial background preferred (manufacturing, cold storage, distribution)
Strong leadership and business development skills
Proven track record managing large, complex projects.

What's on Offer

Up to $220,000 base salary + 25% bonus

$1,000 vehicle allowance
4 weeks PTO + full benefits (healthcare, 401k match)
Potential sign-on bonus
No travel requirement
