- Perform maintenance and repairs on residential plumbing systems
- Diagnose plumbing issues and provide customers with repair and replacement options
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build trust with homeowners
- Communicate effectively with customers, dispatch, and team members
- Accurately document work performed, estimates, and invoices using ServiceTitan
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Minimum of 1 year of residential plumbing, maintenance, or related experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to diagnose basic plumbing issues and recommend solutions
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment assessments, background check, and drug screening
