Ashley Regional is a designated Level IV Trauma Center, has been designated as a Stroke Receiving Facility by the Utah State Department of Health, is Chest Pain Accredited, and holds a 5-star CMS rating.Orientation is monthly. The 2nd full week of the month. PALS is necessary as we do take anything greater than 28 days on our unit! Years of Experience: 2+ Float Requirements: Yes Additional Notes: Must be willing to work 4 shifts for the first half of their assignment. Must be willing to float to other departments to help when staffing needs.Unit Information: Number of Beds: 18 Patient Ratios: 4-6:1 Equipment: Linett Beds, bladder scanner, interpreter, Masimo EHR: MedHost Supervisor: Patient Population e.g. geriatric, adult, peds, etc. : 28 days to end of lifeHiring Profile: Must Have Skills/Experience: Med/Surg Experience Preferred Skillset/Experience: Common Diagnosis/Treatment: COPD, HF, Ortho Surgeries, General Surgeries Personality Fit: Go-getter personality, takes initiative and wants to do the right thing Required Education:Dress Code: Scrub Color: Any solid color Any unacceptable attire: Scrubs only No.of Positions: 1/1.
