Youth Minister
St. Paul Catholic Church Denver
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Youth Minister to join our team. Must be a practicing Catholic who has received all 3 sacraments of initiation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing spiritual guidance, mentoring, and support to the youth in our community.
Responsible for Confirmation preparation and OCIA class for the parish youth and middle schoolers at St. Paul Catholic School
Will teach 7th and 8th grade religion at St. Paul Catholic School
Providing Pastoral care and counseling to youth facing challenges
Organizing and overseeing youth retreats and mission trips
Collaborating with church leadership to integrate youth into the broader Catholic Church community
Developing and implementing educational programs that promote spiritual growth
Budget management and record keeping
Volunteer recruiting
Collaborating and communicating with parents, families, parishioners, parish pastoral staff, support staff and diocesan personnel to ensure an integrated approach to youth ministry
Proficiency in conflict resolution and crisis intervention
Experience in event planning (coordination and execution)
Minimum Requirements
As a Catholic Youth Minister, you will play a vital role in organizing and leading youth programs, events and activities that promote personal growth, faith development and community engagement.

Managing communication with youth and parents regarding upcoming events and activities.
Experience: Practicing Roman Catholic centered in the faith of the Vatican II Church
Experience mentoring and working with Catholic youth in grades 7-12Collaborating and communicating with parents, families, parishioners, parish pastoral staff, support staff and diocesan personnel to ensure an integrated approach to youth ministry
Proficiency in conflict resolution and crisis intervention
Experience in event planning (coordination and execution)
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Theology or related field. Be familiar with USCCB documents, National Catechetical Directory and Renewing the Vision. Have Youth Ministry Certification or B.A. degree emphasis in Youth Ministry.
