They have a strong pipeline of upcoming work (over $300M) and are looking for individuals to join their team to support their backlog.

Job Description

The APM is responsible for:

  • Supporting the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects.
  • Assisting in managing project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain project timelines.
  • Monitoring on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Preparing and maintaining project documentation, including reports, budgets, and schedules.
  • Facilitating communication between stakeholders to address project requirements and concerns.
  • Conducting site visits to assess progress and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
  • Assisting in ensuring that all construction activities align with local building codes and regulations.

The Successful Applicant

The APM will have:

  • 2-3+ years of experience working on ground up construction projects
  • Construction-related degree (preferred)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with diverse teams.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and project management principles.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
