Job Description
The APM is responsible for:
- Supporting the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects.
- Assisting in managing project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain project timelines.
- Monitoring on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Preparing and maintaining project documentation, including reports, budgets, and schedules.
- Facilitating communication between stakeholders to address project requirements and concerns.
- Conducting site visits to assess progress and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
- Assisting in ensuring that all construction activities align with local building codes and regulations.

The Successful Applicant
The APM will have:
- 2-3+ years of experience working on ground up construction projects
- Construction-related degree (preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with diverse teams.
- Knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and project management principles.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
