Responsibilities- Equipment Setup & Operation: Set up, calibrate, and operate a range of automatic assembly equipment, including Snow tapping machines, single spindles, and threading machines.
- Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Diagnose and correct machining issues promptly to ensure smooth production flow and minimize equipment downtime.
- Safety & Compliance Guarding: Install, maintain, and inspect all safety guarding and protective equipment across machinery to preserve a safe working environment.
- Tooling Quality Control: Closely monitor tooling wear and performance to keep repair costs to a minimum while maintaining strict quality and production standards.
- Active Physical Machinery Repair: Perform dynamic hands-on machine repairs across various department stations, requiring continuous mobility, bending, and twisting.
- On-Site Plant Operations: Execute daily tasks within a fast-paced, high-noise manufacturing facility, utilizing precise manual dexterity to handle tools, materials, and active machinery.
