You will ensure each client receives a high level of personalized support before, during, and after their experience. Key Responsibilities- Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and online messaging
- Assist clients with luxury reservations, bookings, and itinerary updates
- Communicate details, policies, and documentation requirements clearly
- Monitor reservations to ensure accuracy and timely updates
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns
- Deliver a high-touch, solutions-oriented customer experience
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems as needed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous customer service experience required (luxury service or hospitality preferred)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
