We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembler to join a manufacturing team in Hampton, NH. This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity for a motivated individual who enjoys hands-on technical work and precision assembly.

Responsibilities

Setup: Prepare and calibrate machinery using technical drawings and work orders.
Inspection: Check all parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
Packaging: Wrap and box finished products according to specific instructions.
Reporting: Immediately alert leadership of any equipment issues or defective parts.
Maintenance: Keep the workstation clean and organized.
Feedback: Suggest ways to improve shop floor efficiency.
Inventory: Help with scheduled part counts and stock audits.
