Assistant Superintendent - Ground-Up Construction

• Support field operations on ground-up and large-scale renovation projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and daily site activities
• Assist with schedule tracking, site logistics, and material planning
• Help enforce safety standards and quality control procedures
• Partner with Project Managers and Superintendents to resolve field issues

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Superintendent should have:

• 2-5 years of experience in commercial or multifamily construction
• Exposure to podium-style or multi-story urban projects preferred
• Stable employment history with demonstrated career progression
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Motivated to grow into a lead Superintendent role
