• Interpret mechanical drawings and specifications to verify dimensional accuracy and product conformance
• Conduct and document First Article Inspections (FAI) in accordance with AS9102 and internal standards
• Perform daily inspections of incoming materials, in‑process components, and finished assemblies
• Lead and support process validation for new products, tooling, and manufacturing changes
• Investigate nonconformances using root cause analysis (RCA) and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, scrap, and process variation
• Analyze quality and production data to identify trends and systemic issues
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation such as inspection reports, control plans, NCRs, and FMEAs
• Support ISO 9001 compliance through audits, documentation management, and process controls
• Collaborate closely with operations, engineering, and supply chain to resolve quality issues and improve performance

• 5+ years of manufacturing experience (aerospace preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Strong ability to read and interpret complex mechanical drawings and specifications
• Hands‑on, detail‑oriented professional comfortable performing daily inspections on the shop floor
• Proven experience with First Article Inspections (FAI), nonconformance management, and CAPA
• Solid working knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems
• Skilled in root cause analysis and data‑driven problem solving
• Experience in high‑precision, regulated industries (aerospace, defense, or similar) preferred
• Familiarity with SPC, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies
• Collaborative team player who works effectively with operations, engineering, and supply chain
• Proactive, accountable, and ethically driven, with a strong focus on customer quality and results
