Clinical Physician Assistant Infectious Disease Ops

The Role: "Hybrid" Focus
This position is a dual-track role combining Clinical Leadership with Direct Patient Care, specifically serving the LGBTQ+ community and patients living with HIV. You would work closely with the Director of Clinical Operations to manage the Hampton Roads region's performance.
- Clinical Leadership & Operations
- Operational Oversight: Managing daily clinical functions and staff performance.
- Technology: Implementation and optimization of the eClinicalWorks EHR system.
- Growth: Hiring and onboarding new clinical staff (Nurses, MAs, and Providers).
- Strategy: Executing clinical operating plans and driving value-based care.
- Direct Patient Care
- Specialized Medicine: Providing culturally competent care for HIV-positive patients and the LGBTQ+ community.
- Advocacy: Managing treatment education and coordinating with pharmacies, insurers, and specialists.
- Regulatory: Maintaining compliance with 340B covered entity standards.
Candidate Requirements
Must-Haves (Qualifications)- Education: Master’s degree (FNP, APRN, AGNP, or PA Studies).
- Licensure: Current, unrestricted NP or PA license in TN; Board Certification.
- Experience: Clinical background in Infectious Disease or HIV care.
- Technical: Proficiency in eClinicalWorks and MS Office.
- Certifications: AAHIVS (HIV Specialist™) or HHIVE (HIV Expert).
- Clinical Focus: Experience in gender-affirming care.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with the 340B program or specialized pharmacy partnerships.

Pay Details: $65.00 to $75.00 per hour
