- Setting: Operating Room / Circulate (OR RN, Perioperative Nurse)

- Shift: Primarily dayshift; hours vary according to the OR schedule
- On-Call: Includes OR on-call (may include holidays)
- Guaranteed Hours: 32 hours per week
- Shift Duration: 12 Hour Rotating
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,130 – $2,250
- Active RN license in Washington State or Multi-State Compact RN license (compact license accepted)
- Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room circulator experience required (OR RN / circulating RN)
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills for fast-paced surgical settings
- Ability to work flexible hours and participate in on-call rotation as needed
- Provide, coordinate, and direct individualized, comprehensive nursing care to all surgical patients as an OR RN
- Circulate in the Operating Room, ensuring patient safety and supporting the surgical team throughout procedures
- Monitor patient status, recognize changes in condition, and respond promptly during intraoperative care
- Maintain accurate documentation, instrument counts, and uphold sterile technique and infection control standards
- Participate in on-call rotation and cover holiday shifts when scheduled
