Job Description

Design and develop mechanical components and systems for automated machinery.
Produce detailed drawings, 3D models, and complete assembly documentation.
Lead projects from initial concept and quotation through final machine testing.
Collaborate with manufacturing teams to support fabrication and assembly accuracy.
Work closely with controls, supply chain, and other internal groups to maintain project timelines.
Create, update, and maintain bills of materials throughout the design cycle.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
7+ years of mechanical design experience within industrial or automated machinery.
Proficiency in CAD tools such as AutoCAD, Inventor, or SolidWorks.
Broad understanding of manufacturing methods and mechanical design practices.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to generate practical, innovative design solutions.
Excellent communication skills and a desire to participate in hands‑on machine development.
