Job Description
  • Oversee data center construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and building regulations.
  • Collaborate with project teams to meet deadlines and stay within budget.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards.
  • Provide accurate reporting and updates to stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Data Center candidate should have
  • - 2+ years of experience in commercial construction project management, with a focus on mission-critical or data center projects.
  • Strong understanding of MEP systems and critical infrastructure requirements.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex projects.
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, etc.).
