Job Description- Oversee data center construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and building regulations.
- Collaborate with project teams to meet deadlines and stay within budget.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards.
- Provide accurate reporting and updates to stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Data Center candidate should have- - 2+ years of experience in commercial construction project management, with a focus on mission-critical or data center projects.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems and critical infrastructure requirements.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex projects.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, etc.).
- Competitive salary ranging from $85000 to $135,000
