responsibilities:

• Design, write, and iterate on prompts that generate structured, high-quality content.
• Build and maintain prompt frameworks, including rules and JSON schemas, that scale across topics.
• Test AI outputs, identify failure patterns, and systematically improve results.
• Define rules, constraints, and schemas to enforce consistency and accuracy.
• Evaluate content quality across engagement and repeatability metrics.
• Collaborate on tooling using ChatGPT, Copilot, and structured workflows to prototype ideas.

qualifications:

Prompt design & iteration for generative AI systems (2+ years)

Structured content / data handling (JSON, schemas, rule-based systems) (2+ years)

Analytical problem solving / system testing (2+ years)

ADDITIONAL DESIRED SKILLS

Experience with agentic or skill-based AI systems

Background in games, education, or interactive content

Light scripting or data manipulation experience

Familiarity with prompt evaluation or test harnesses
