Senior QA Automation Engineer

Below is the list of the essential duties for QA Engineer (6-8 years of software QA experience): -Understand suite of applications that are supported in Product and Software-Manage user stories, test cases, test execution, defects, and resolutions in Microsoft Azure DevOps.-Develop & extend test automation frameworks for UI, Microservices, Databases & API using various automation tools like Katalon, Ready API, etc.,-Develops and maintains the automated UI and API test cases.-Actively participate in all Agile ceremonies.-Analyze project requests to estimate time and cost required to accomplish project.-Develop detailed technical test cases for various types of interfaces including SOAP and Database level procedures (inclusive of complex data validation).-Collaborate with BSA, SMEs, Functional QA Engineers, Development teams, and Support teams to understand how new features should be tested and contribute to automated tests for these new features.-Works closely with lead/supervisor and other team members to deliver Quality QA artifacts on time.-Document defects and collaborate with the development team on managing test results and feedback to developers.-Works closely with lead/supervisor and other team members to deliver quality QA artifacts on time.-Knowledgeable of system and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies.
