Responsibilities for a Forklift Operator include but are not limited to:
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate a Reach Forklift to perform order selection, pallet wrapping, and loading/unloading of trucks.
- Inventory & Quality Control: Perform essential quality-related tasks including repalletizing, stickering, and quality testing while utilizing an RF Scanner for accurate material picking.
- Warehouse Versatility: Assist various departments during downtime and maintain assigned aisle housekeeping (sweeping and debris removal) to ensure a clean, safe work environment.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately select and prepare materials for shipment, ensuring all products meet client specifications before leaving the facility.
Candidates for Forklift Operator must meet the following requirements to be considered:
- Technical Skills: Must have experience and pass an assessment for Reach Forklift operation and be proficient in using handheld RF scanning technology.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long hours and comfortably lift or move materials weighing up to 75 lbs.
- Education & Reliability: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required, along with a commitment to consistent attendance for the 1st shift schedule.
- Safety Mindset: Willingness to adhere to all PPE requirements, including wearing a safety vest and steel-toe boots/shoes at all times.
- Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
- Shift: 1st Shift | Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

Pay Details: $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
