Job Description
A successful Project Manager will:
- Lead a team of Assistant Project Managers during preconstruction, buyout, and project execution
- Manage RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and project logs
- Work closely with Superintendents and subcontractors to maintain project schedules
- Lead budget tracking, cost reviews, and forecasting
- Coordinate materials, deliveries, and project documentation
- Maintain quality standards and contribute to problem solving onsite

The Successful Applicant
The ideal Project Manager will have:
- 2-5 years of commercial construction experience
- Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and documentation
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar software
