Wil-Pav, Inc. is seeking an experienced crew lead who understands civil and structural concrete construction.
Responsibilities:- Coordination of equipment, materials, and labor required to complete the project.
- Communication with management, staff, clients, and suppliers.
- Management of Crew Employee time entry, performance evaluations, and scheduling.
- Creation of project specific planning and execution methods.
- Oversight of job site safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
- Experience in crew leadership.
- Working knowledge of Local, State, and OSHA safety requirements and guidelines.
- Strong understanding of A.D.A Requirements, testing, and inspection procedures concerning civil and structural concrete construction.
- Experience reading project plans and design materials.
- Bilingual communication skills while not necessary are a plus.
