About Our Client
A growing design-build, general contracting, and development firm is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee ground-up and renovation projects across commercial, multifamily, industrial, and residential sectors. The Superintendent will be responsible for managing all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Job Description- Manage day-to-day construction site operations to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to meet project timelines.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards.
- Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders effectively.
- Maintain accurate documentation of project activities and site conditions.
- Resolve conflicts or challenges that may arise during project execution.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent should have:
- 5+ years of construction superintendent experience managing commercial, multifamily, industrial, or mixed-use projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Proven experience coordinating multiple subcontractor trades.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
- Competitive salary ranging from $95,000 to $120,000 annually.
