🏥 Position Overview
Seeking an experienced Wound Care RN for a 17‑week travel assignment in Snoqualmie, WA. This role focuses on managing complex wounds across inpatient and outpatient settings, serving as a clinical resource to providers, and overseeing quality of wound care services.
🩺 Role Highlights- Monitor and manage care plans for complex wound patients
- Serve as a clinical resource for outpatient wound services and procedures
- Oversee quality and consistency of wound care management
- Support staff training and interdisciplinary care coordination
- Collaborate with providers and nursing teams
- BSN or higher required
- Active Washington State RN license
- BLS and ACLS required
- Wound & Ostomy Care Certification (CWOCN or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years of complex wound care experience
- Experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Leadership ability and initiative
- Proficiency with EMR and documentation platforms
- Excellent written and phone communication
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
- Inpatient nursing unit & outpatient wound clinic
- Exposure to complex wound cases
- Flexibility to work extended or irregular hours as needed
