Job Description

Develop and maintain robust control plans across manufacturing, inspection, and testing activities
Partner with design and production teams to define quality standards, work instructions, and inspection methods
Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives focused on process optimization, scrap reduction, and supplier quality
Investigate product, process, and system non‑conformances using structured root‑cause methodologies
Perform internal audits, manage corrective actions, and verify long‑term effectiveness of solutions
Collaborate cross‑functionally to support demanding customer and regulatory requirements

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Engineering
Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001; AS9100 experience highly desirable
Hands‑on experience with quality analysis and structured problem‑solving tools
Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies (DMAIC, DMADV, Six Sigma preferred)
Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Department of Defense security clearance
U.S. citizenship required due to government contract regulations
